STANDARD PIPE MARKERS
Standard
pipe markers are a self adhesive vinyl identification strip, which are used
to display information. The material used has a seven year life.
The stripes are available in various colours (see next page). The strips are
also available in two sizes, 50mm and 100mm in height. Both sizes come in a
50 metre roll. The pipe markers can be fitted by Seawards trained personnel,
or by the customers own workforce.
The vinyl has a peel-back backing, which is easy and simple to apply. The markers
are made to the customers specifications and comply to national
and international regulations.
The Pipe markings are available in black, grey, blue, orange, green, brown, red,
violet and yellow. Othe rcolours may be available on request. The material is
vinyl and it is called Calon II with a 7 year life, and it is available in two
sizes, 50mm or 100mm in height and the length stays the same for both which is
50metres.
COILED PIPE MARKERS
Coiled Pipemarkings are designed for ease of application by, if required your
own workforce, with their coiled profile to suit a wide range of pipe sizes
they simply snap around the pipe with a sealing strip fitted to the trailing
edge, which adheres to the coiled marker beneath it. This means the marker actually
sticks to itself and not the pipework, a requirement on many pipe systems particularly
stainless steel. These markings are available in your companies unique color
coding system, and in a variety of "outside diameter" pipe sizes (see
chart below).

Coiled
pipe markers are a polyester moulded identification strip, which are used to
display information and can be applied on both interior and exterior pipework.
These pipe markers are screen printed to give a 5-7 year life span which is
superior to digital print methods. They can be fitted by Seaward's own trained
personnel or by the customer's own workforce, using blueprints to work from
if required. They are extremely quick and easy to apply. Coiled pipe markers
can be made to your specifications and comply to National and International
legislation.
