Its principle purpose is to allow swift retrieval of data and the enhancement of the data audit and upgrade process. The software is entirely tailored to suit a Client’s specific information delivery preferences.

The CMMS provides a logical source route from Asset or Pipework feature, to a drill down sub list of Document Management and Generation requirements.

Certification monitoring is accentuated by a semi-automatic flagging facility generated through Microsoft Outlook. There is a print facility on all P&ID and General Arrangement Drawings.

Near instant access to reference or operational documentation: Document Generation and Management is all electronic, but with a print facility for conventional generation.

The Facilitator CMMS is designed not only for ease of use by the operator, but also simple population of altered certification and testing documentation. When used on a server, the CMMS can be populated from anywhere in the world, or it can be manually updated on site. Rudimentary knowledge of Word, Excel, and Acrobat Writer is all that is required the operator.
