      1.  Remove safety pin at back of locking bolt.
                                             1. Open Valve #1 BLUE to Supply Water to Monitors.
                                             2. Start ALL Fire Pumps.
      2.  Remove Blue locking bolt.

      3.  Turn Red lever right to Jettison.  3. Metered Foam open Valve #2 YELLOW
                                                              or
                                             4. If Valve #2 YELLOW fails open Valve #3 GREEN
