Seaward Safety has extensive experience in conducting surveys for the global oil and gas, offshore, marine, renewable energy and commercial industries.
Our Surveyors can ascertain your signage requirements by attending your site and conducting a comprehensive physical survey; or use your site plan drawings to conduct a desktop survey, which allows for an estimated signage proposal.
Seaward Safety's Surveyors:
• Will ensure your safety signage meets and complies to any local and/or national standards and regulations, whilst considering your individual operational requirements.
• Are aware of, and will comply to, all health and safety requirements whilst onsite.
• Are fully certified to conduct their surveys offshore, as well as in shipyards; quayside; offshore; whilst being towed; during full operation mode on station; or on land.
Our Onsite Surveying Service in more detail:
One of our Surveyors will visit your site to conduct a comprehensive survey - identifying essential signage requirements (hazard-warning, mandatory, prohibition, firefighting and directional escape). Our Surveyor will advise on applicable regulations, whilst considering your corporate and operational requirements.
Our Surveyor can also conduct a Gap Analysis Survey. This involves a thorough investigation of you escape route systems, to identify any gaps within the directional escape signage.
All of the information will be compiled into a survey report, including a proposal for any signage required to ensure compliance.
Our Desktop Survey in more detail:
Based on client drawings, an experienced Surveyor will compile a foundation for signage and escape route identification. This will provide you with an estimated package proposal, including predicted product quantities, cost break down and fitting schedule.
